Now, booking and tutor communication are all in one place so we can serve our SPP families faster while keeping our high touch client experience.
With SPP + Wise, you can:
Book sessions with your established tutor (in-person, in-office, or online)
Get automated reminders so you never miss an appointment
Set up recurring weekly sessions to keep progress consistent and protect your tutor’s time for your family
Join all online tutoring sessions and courses with just one login
Communicate directly with your tutor about your child’s needs and progress
Reschedule sessions when things come up
Oversee your child’s tutor messages
Manage payments for private or group tutoring
Book courses, workshops, drop-in sessions, and classes
Register for After School Drop-In Sessions (spots are limited for personalized support)
Sessions are automatically deducted from your package (1x/week, 2x/week, or unlimited monthly)
No package? You can also pay per session
You will now book your College Admissions Counselor through the Wise app too!
Access SPP Wise from any web browser on your computer or phone or throuhg our apple or Google Play Apps.
How to Use:
Login In:
For Parents:
The system separates the parent and student views intentionally, so scheduling actions all happen within the student profile. This allows students the ability to manage their account on their own as they get older through the Student Account and parents to manage payments and other private information on only the Parent Account, while still being able to access all of their children's accounts.
Getting Started
Once you are logged into Wise, you should see our Welcome landing page on a white & blue welcome screen. Simply click on the Seven Points Prep logo in the upper left-hand corner. That will take you to your main dashboard, where you’ll see two tabs:
Learner Tab
This is where you can view all the services your child is currently enrolled in, along with any upcoming and past sessions. You should see your Tutor or Counselor name and any Courses you are enrolled in, such as a SAT Test Prep Course.
Account Tab
This tab contains your login details.
Scheduling:
To enter the Student View: At the top of the app (and at the top of the website screen), you’ll see a navy “Log in as” button. Noiw you can follow the Student instructions below. Please check out the How-To Video as it covers most basic functions. As always, contact SPP with any questions!
For Students:
Log into Wise on your desktop, Apple App or Google Play App. (Parents be sure you are logged into your account and then log into your child’s account!)
select the service type you would like to add additional sessions to, such as Miss Mary’s 1:1 SAT tutoring, and then you’ll be able to:
Schedule new sessions - one or multiple recurring sessions
Reschedule upcoming sessions
Cancel sessions as needed
View full session details
If you have paid for a set package (ex: 10-pack) then your Student will be stopped from booking more sessions than you have credits for on your account. If you are booking hourly with your tutor, then you will be billed at the end of the month as usual.
Want to join a course?
Head to the ‘Store’ tab or back to the landing page and you’ll see the options for upcoming SAT Courses for purchase.
Please review the Student How-to Videos created by Wise! Make sure you are logged in as yourself and then also log in as your student!

Using SPP for College Admissions Counseling?
For college admissions, you’ll continue to use Achieve as your hub for:
Counselor communication
Application and task management
School research
The only exception is booking with your admissions counselor, which is done through Wise!

Your exclusive Achieve login link - upon registering with SPP
Your Wise sign up link - at the end of January
